PORTSMOUTH — Strawbery Banke Museum’s annual spring cleanup day will be held on Saturday, April 18, with a rain date of Sunday, April 19.
Many projects at the museum could use volunteer help in order to shed the effects of a long cold winter and prepare for an exciting new year. Bring your favorite gardening tools and gloves. All other tools will be provided.
Volunteers should arrive at the Visitors Center at 14 Hancock Street for work assignments between 8:30 and 9 a.m. There will be morning coffee and pizza for lunch. You can also bring a dish as a potluck option for lunch at 12:30.
